The first step in design-build is meeting together to hear about your ideas and to answer your questions. We can accomplish a lot in the first meeting. Clients can get a great deal of clarity and this time goes a long ways toward turning a project into reality. While we are able to work with fully developed plans that clients bring us, we find that significant value and great results are created when we take the time to work through the planning stages carefully with the client, designers/draftspersons, and our team together. Great ideas emerge, important questions are asked, and more intention goes into decisions. Our draftspersons often come to the site and are able to ensure that the designs truly match the property and design goals.
