Builder Services
General Contractor
Meadowood Homes Ltd. is a licensed residential general contractor servicing the Central Alberta Community. We offer professional construction services, including design-build construction, general contracting, project management, and consulting. We have built strong trade relationships and have an in-house team of carpenters to handle all of your building needs.
Custom Home Builder
The process of building custom starts by listening to your vision, understanding your goals, and working together to create and develop a concept out of that vision. Part of what makes a project "custom" is not only the design, but also the process and experience. Each client has unique goals and priorities, and understanding and developing these is a huge part of what makes for a satisfying custom build. We will add as much value as possible to your project through the visioning and design process, finding solutions and using our skills to make your project a reality.
Design Build
As a design-build contractor, we lead and oversee the process of your build throughout the entire scope of the project, not only during construction phase. The project begins long before any construction starts. A good project involves careful team selection, pre-construction planning, design, construction, as well as post construction handover and service. Our goal is to provide you with the greatest value and experience for your custom project.
